Description

Learn about the history and benefits of horticultural therapy for a wide variety of clients. Whether you are a caregiver of a loved one, community volunteer or medical professional, this program will introduce you to current research, different kinds of healing gardens and ideas to encourage you to use nature inspired crafts as well as indoor programming development to extend the garden season all year.

About Lorraine Lee:

Lorraine A. Lee holds a Masters degree in Counseling and is a Master Gardener, certified Dementia Practitioner and certified Activity Consultant. Currently Lorraine is the Chairman of our state's Horticultural Therapy Committee.
